Return, Replacement and Refund Process
We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders, and then confirm to make sure exact items are ordered with matching quality and quantity specifications.
Below are specific criteria for return, replacement, or refund;
||The product is damaged in delivery
||The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
||Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color).
||Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging
|Does not fit
||Customer receives the size that was ordered but it does not fit
||The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)
How can I start the process?
Terms and Conditions
- Electronic items: We will arrange for quality evaluation with the supplier upon receipt of your return request to examine the complaint of the product defect/s. If we successfully validate the complaint, then we shall process your request for return/replacement with regard to the defective electronic item(s).
- Items that you return should not be used, altered/tampered with during opening of packages. Therefore, all original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee documents, free accompaniments, and accessories should be intact. The courier will not accept your item/s in absence of the required accompaniments – the checking and confirmation can be done during delivery to expatiate the process. Note that some items are bound by the brand owner's specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.
- Replacements can only be done based on the availability of the item.
- Refund or replacement will be initiated once the supplier receives your item and has subjected it to the necessary quality checks.
- Note that the following items are non-refundable and non-replaceable: Paints, Cement, Pharmaceutical Products, Beauty & Personal Care, Household Essentials, Cosmetics, and Lingerie. In addition, products sold in sets cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
- Mobile phones, tablets, and computers should be returned in their original brand package with all accessories intact. Note: In case the replacement item is out of stock, the supplier will refund your amount
